We are currently acquiring and maturing new make and mature spirit for future independent small batch bottlings with a focus on the best of Scotch and whisky from across the UK.
Our spirits are sourced from our partner distilleries from across the UK so we can create unique bottlings. Our interest spans every aspect of the distilling and maturation process and are committed to sourcing the finest wood for maturation to guarantee great flavours and top-quality product. We are looking to offer additional expressions of quality brands and at our heart is our commitment to partnership, quality and sustainability every step of the way.
Independent bottler
As an independent bottler, we are working in partnership with distillers to help spotlight some unique whiskies and create new expressions of familiar ones. We expect to take to market a range of Pentland Spirit expressions suited to the (export) market in mind.
